Ingredients:
- Banana - 2 pcs .
- Sour cream - 200 g
- Rum - 25 g
- Flour - 250 g
- Light brown sugar - 150 g

- Cacao - 1 tsp
- Soda - ⅓ tsp

Preparation:
1.Mash first two banana with a fork in a non-homogeneous puree.2. Add 200 grams of sour cream and mix.
3. Pour 25 grams of rum, stir and set aside.
4. Sift the 250 g flour with of a third teaspoon of baking soda, a teaspoon of cinnamon and a teaspoon of cocoa.
5. whisk three eggs with 150 g sugar (light brown) into the foam.
6. Pour the half flour and stir.
7. Add the sour cream with bananas and the rest of the flour, mix well.
8. Pour into a greased and floured form.
9. Bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
