Mackerel baked with vegetables recipe |
Ingredients:
- mackerel 300 g
- large onion 1 pieces.
- carrots 1 large pieces.
- large tomato 1 piece.
- lemon 1/2 pieces.
- salt and spices to taste
Preparation:
Peel and grate Carrot .Blanch tomatoes and remove the skin, cut into cubes.
Clean and cut Onions into half rings.
Mix all the vegetables together.
You can use other vegetables for roasting with mackerel. For example: sweet peppers or stemmed celery, green beans or peas.
Wash and gut defrosted fish . The head and tail can be left, and can be removed. Once again, rinse, dry.
Squeeze lemon juice over the fish. Season with salt (you can without salt) and sprinkle with seasoning to taste.
Let the fish lie down for about 20 minutes to impregnate the spices and lemon.
Part of the prepared vegetables put in the abdomen.
Put the remaining vegetables on the bottom of the package (sleeve) for baking. On top lay the mackerel. Tie the end of the packet.
Baked mackerel with vegetables 20-30 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Serve it with vegetables.
