Ingredients :
For the cake:
- 1 egg
- 2 egg whites
- 2 tbsp fat
- 2 tbsp bran
For filling:
- 150 g fillet of Pollock
- 2 egg whites cooked
- 30 g of cheese 9%
- herbs to taste
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in the blender and mix them, pour the resulting mass into shape. Bake 20 min at 180 degrees.Filling - Pollock fillets twist in a meat grinder. Chop finely the cheese and eggs and Mix with minced meat, salt.
On the finished cake put the stuffing. Sprinkle with grated cheese. And again in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
