Ingredients:
- 800 g of fresh fish
- 120 g of flour
- 100 g of white wine
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- parsley and salt
Preparation:
1- Cut the fish into fillets. Beat slowly the eggs ,with wine, 1 tablespoon water and vegetable oil and flour .2- Dip fillets in batter and fry in a pan with hot oil, garnish with feeding greens and lemon.
3- Serve this fish is best with roasted potatoes or mashed potatoes.
